Parent Volunteers/Visitors

Parent Volunteers:  WE LOVE OUR PARENT VOLUNTEERS! THANK YOU FOR GENEROUSLY SHARING YOUR TIME AND TALENTS! If you are interested in volunteering in your child’s class, you must complete a volunteer clearance form every year. This is available in the front office. If you will be volunteering for more than four hours a month on a consistent basis, you must be fingerprinted. Please come to the office to complete the application and receive a list of available fingerprinting agencies. Your child’s teacher will determine who and how often they need volunteers. Your name must be listed on a classroom volunteer sheet in order to be allowed back to the classroom.

We are now a RAPTOR school. This is a “new visitor management system to ensure that individuals visiting our campus and interacting with our students are authorized to do so.” All volunteers/visitors are required to present a valid form of picture ID to the office staff in order for a volunteer badge to be issued. Parent volunteers may not go back to classrooms before 8:00am.  Volunteers must sign in for each class they are volunteering in. Parents should not “just pop in” to visit another student’s class.  Teachers are not able to use instruction time to discuss your child’s progress with you. If you are volunteering, siblings and children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the classroom with you. Please make childcare arrangements in advance.

Campus Visitations: Eisenhower is a closed campus. This helps to minimize classroom interruptions and keep our campus safe. If you wish to meet with your child's teacher, please schedule an appointment. You may call the office to leave a message or contact them via email.
